About Our Loyalty Program

The ShenaniFans Loyalty Program is completely free to join! This is a three-tier program that rewards you for points earned throughout the year. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, with bonus point days throughout the year. Earn $5 off at 300 points, $10 off at 500 points, and a special gift on your birthday (gift based on tier level).

How do I join the loyalty program?

How are points earned?

Points are earned with every purchase. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate. $1 = 1 point.

Can I redeem points for any product?

Yes, points can be redeemed for any product in our store, including cigars and accessories.

Do my points expire?

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Keep shopping to maintain your points balance.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your status in-store.

Can I use points with other discounts?

Yes, you can combine your points with other promotional discounts for even greater savings.

*All birthday rewards must be claimed on or within 7 calendar days after your birthday. No cash value. Void where prohibited. Must be 21 to join. Points accumulated during previous calendar year determine tier level for birthday reward.
